From today to February 4th, five fragments from the project Close to You will be published online.
Close to You is an artistic research project in which composer Morten Riis and yours truly in collaboration with ensemble recherche uses distance-creating technology in the creative process, but we insist on using it to create a presence for feeling and experiencing the music.
The full version of Close to You will be premiered in 2021.
